Cancellation Policy 

We strive to always be amazing and respectful for our clients. We have reserved your service time just for YOU! As a courtesy to our guests and technicians, we must have 24 hours notice for cancellations. 50%  of the scheduled service fee will apply with any cancellation, or missed apt. Some of our advanced services and technicians will require a booking deposit towards your appointment at the time of booking. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to perform the service and a service fee may apply.
